REMONDIÈRE PROJECTS is a Design Studio founded by Maximilien Remondière. Based in Mexico City, the studio operates globally, blending architecture, modular construction, and spatial innovation to create thoughtful and impactful design solutions.

“After graduating from École Spéciale des Travaux Publics in Building Engineering and from Central Saint Martins in Architecture, I developed a multidisciplinary design approach shaped by experiences across design, architecture, and other creative disciplines.

In recent years, I founded Modular01, an experimental platform exploring modular architecture and timber construction, focused on more sustainable building systems and alternative forms of collective living.

Alongside this work, I have been involved in the renovation of historic stone houses in France, working to preserve the character and craftsmanship of traditional structures while adapting them to contemporary ways of living. These projects deepened my interest in material integrity, construction logic, and the sensitive transformation of existing architecture.

Alongside renovation projects, I also develop proposals for residential architecture, exploring refined spatial compositions, natural materials, and carefully proportioned forms designed to integrate harmoniously within their landscape.

My work is guided by a commitment to contextual and carefully layered design. Creating spaces that balance sustainability, innovation, and a meaningful relationship between architecture, landscape, and community.”
